This sumptuous prestige chalet in a contemporary style is built on 2 floors, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. Inside, you will discover a very trendy and warm decor with exceptional brightness. Ideal for lovers of nature and outdoor sports, this chalet located 1 hour from Montreal, will welcome you in the greatest comfort.

Upstairs, there is an open concept common area with a breathtaking view of nature thanks to its huge windows. Its cathedral ceiling covered with wood will immerse you in the atmosphere of chalet life instantly.

The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped. It includes a central island to facilitate group cooking. This can also be used as a lunch counter. In the dining room, a magnificent wooden table that can accommodate 8 people will make meal times enjoyable with family or friends. The living room has a very comfortable sectional, allowing you to relax in front of a good movie or simply under the warmth of its fireplace.

On this floor, we also find the master bedroom with its very comfortable king bed and a large full bathroom including a glass shower.

The garden level is equipped with a heated floor to ensure your comfort at all times. There are two other bedrooms. The first has a very comfortable queen bed and the second can accommodate 4 people since it includes two bunk queen beds. There is also a second large luxurious bathroom with two vanities, a bath-shower and a closed laundry room is available on request. This floor also has a common area including a sofa bed and an entertainment area including a lounge area, a pool table, table tennis and table hockey to enhance your evenings.

The exterior layout offers two large terraces. The first is located on the ground floor adjacent to the entertainment area. There is a therapeutic spa that can accommodate 5 people, this terrace is protected by a roof in case of bad weather; a relaxing space that will certainly contribute to your relaxation. A second terrace-balcony located on the main floor serves as an outdoor dining room with its BBQ, dining table and deck chairs to enjoy the sun. In addition, an arrangement is at your disposal to relax peacefully around a fire while tasting marshmallows.

In summer, the cottage has access with a dock to Lake Ouareau a few steps from it and watercraft are available for our tenants. (Kayak, pedal boat) Also available, paddle board rental or space at the dock to moor your motorboat ($). * Certain conditions apply. Ask for more information when booking.

Snowmobile and ATV trails are accessible directly from the chalet.
